Course Content Summary

START MAKING FEES

This course is designed for those individuals who are new to recruitment. It can also be used as a refresher for more experienced consultants who need to get back to the basics.

The full course is 4 days. If necessary, an abbreviated version could be conducted over 3 days.

The course covers everything a consultant needs to know to bill their first £100k in the shortest time possible.

MAKE MORE FEES

The Make More Fees courses contain more advanced material, being designed for all fee earners (ie including Managers and Directors) who have the potential to generate more revenue, more quickly.

Typically, delegates have between 6 months and 10 years recruitment experience. Make More Fees consists of 4 self-contained days, each of which has a different focus. It is recommended that Parts 1 and 2 be taken closely together. The remaining parts are usually taken at least 6 months later.

Parts 1 and 2 alone should increase the annual revenue of all fee earners who receive it by £30k to £100k. Make More Fees demonstrates many unique tools, strategies and techniques which will enable you to outperform your competitors in your existing markets, and to break into new markets quickly and effectively.
